Exchange Policy
At BLOCKIUM, we are committed to ensuring that every customer has a positive and reliable shopping experience. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, variation, or if the product arrived defective or incorrect, our exchange policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with U.S. consumer standards.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear, assembly, or damage

Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components

The exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied or deemed ineligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
All exchanges must be approved by our support team before any item is returned.
To initiate an exchange:

Email support@blockiumco.com with your order number and reason for the exchange

Wait for confirmation and receive detailed return instructions along with an Exchange Authorization Number (RMA)

Ship the item to the return address provided in the instructions
⚠️ Important: Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Exchange Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, except in cases where the item:

Arrived defective

Was damaged during transit
-
Was incorrect or not the product ordered
In these cases, BLOCKIUM will cover all applicable exchange shipping costs.
Processing Your Exchange
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the exchange status.
If approved:

A replacement item will be shipped, subject to stock availability

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose:

A different item of equal value, or
-
A full refund to the original payment method

Exchange processing typically takes 3 to 7 business days after inspection.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free exchange.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items

Order Changes Before Shipping
If you wish to change an item after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes can only be made if the order has not yet entered processing or shipping. Once the order has shipped, standard exchange procedures apply.
