Return Process
All returns must be authorized before being sent back.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Ship the item to the return address provided

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Order Cancellations

International Orders & Customs Issues
For international orders, delays caused by customs inspections, local regulations, or carrier issues are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer
Limited Warranty
BLOCKIUM products include a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
